• manual welding of elements using MAG and TIG methods
• preparing welds by scribing, cleaning, deburring and matching elements
• tacking of components before making the actual welded joints
• independent work based on complex technical drawings and construction plans
• use of technical drawings available in the computer system
• welding of thin sheets with a thickness of approx. 3 mm and structural steel with a thickness of approx. 3-8 mm
• independent setting of welding equipment parameters according to the material, its thickness and welding position
• control and documentation of performed welding works
• aligning, straightening and positioning components before welding
• drilling, milling, grinding and deburring of metal elements
• assembly and disassembly of components and structures
• checking the dimensions and proper functioning of the manufactured components
• repairs and modifications to metal structures
• Performing general locksmith work

• German language skills (min. communicative)
• work experience
• experience in manual welding using MAG and TIG methods
• very good skills in tacking and welding elements
• ability to work independently based on complex technical drawings
• basic computer skills – much of the documentation and technical drawings are available in the computer system
• specialized education, comparable qualifications or many years of professional experience
• experience in typical locksmith work such as drilling, grinding, deburring, assembly and disassembly
• willingness to work on Saturdays by prior arrangement
• qualifications to operate an overhead crane are welcome
