• Preparation of large steel and metal parts for painting (cleaning, degreasing, grinding)
• Preparation of the surface for varnish (priming, filling) including anti-corrosion protection
• masking and protection of surfaces not intended for painting
• airless painting
• application of 2k acrylic paints and industrial protective coatings
• multi-layer varnishing (primer, intermediate and top coat)
• painting of components for amusement attractions and roller coasters
• machining of parts with complex shapes and hard-to-reach places
• Control of coating thickness and drying time according to guidelines
• Quality control and removal of paint defects (e.g., streaks, orange peel, inclusions)
• Corrections and surface finishing, including polishing
• Preparation and mixing of paint materials according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Documenting the work performed and the results of inspections
• Transportation and positioning of parts in the paint booth
• Cooperation with the welding and production department
• cleaning and maintenance of airless painting equipment
• Removal of minor defects in painting equipment
• compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations
• Maintain order and safety at the workplace
• Support for simple production work
