operation, setting and supervision of 3-5 axis CNC lathes and drilling machines
work on Takisawa, Hermle and DMG Mori machines
operation of machines with Siemens and Fanuc controls
production and assembly of rotary bearings and rotary mechanisms, including the production of gears
production of large-size bearings and transmission components
machining of parts made of various materials, including C45, 42CrMo, GG cast iron and St52-3
processing of elements of various sizes, some up to 6 meters in diameter
performing measurements and dimensional, visual and positional control of elements
work based on technical drawings and CAD data
machine setup and independent tool changing
regular maintenance and care of machines
Requirements
German language skills (min. communicative)
work experience
ability to independently set up CNC machines
ability to change tools independently
experience in working with Siemens or Fanuc controls
ability to read technical drawings and work with CAD data
ability to perform measurements and quality control
qualifications to operate an overhead crane are welcome – it is possible to obtain them in the company
