• manufacturing of welded components in accordance with technical drawings, parts lists and work plans
• cutting, processing and assembly of thin sheets 1-4 mm thick
• production of machine housings and individual sheet metal structures
• tacking and welding of elements
• cleaning and finishing of welds
• control of the dimensions and quality of the made elements
• preparing elements for powder coating
• assembly of individual elements into complete subassemblies
• proper operation and maintenance of tools and work equipment
• compliance with quality standards and safety rules

• German language skills (min. communicative)
• work experience
• experience in locksmith work and thin sheet metal processing
• experience in working with sheets of 1-4 mm thickness
• ability to work from technical drawings, parts lists and production plans
• ability to tack and weld metal elements
• ability to accurately assemble components
• the ability to weld aluminum using the TIG method is welcome
