• preparing and controlling tools, devices and control and measurement instruments
• preparation of aircraft components for painting in accordance with documentation and technical drawings
• cleaning and preparing the surface of elements before painting
• painting surfaces, rows of rivets and sealing joints using a spray gun
• mixing and preparing colors for painting complex aircraft components
• measuring the thickness of the paint coating
• protecting surfaces and holes before painting
• removing and correcting coating defects, including scratches and dust inclusions
• maintaining required documentation and completing checklists
• cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment and devices used during work

• work experience
• experience in painting using a spray gun
• experience in preparing and mixing colors
• high accuracy and experience in working with demanding, complex elements
• for candidates from Poland – no knowledge of German required
