machining of complex elements on INDEX CNC lathes
operation of 3- and 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens Sinumerik 840D control
independent retooling of machines when changing the produced elements
changing and adapting CNC programs to the orders being executed
setting up and launching new equipment and making program corrections
independent diagnosis and removal of faults during production
Work on the basis of technical drawings and production plans
taking measurements and independently checking the quality of processed elements
supervising the current production process
control of the quantity and quality of produced elements in accordance with the guidelines
Requirements
German language skills (min. communicative)
work experience
Category B driver’s license and own car
Willingness to work 3 shifts
experience in operating INDEX CNC lathes
knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik 840D control
Ability to set up and changeover machines independently
ability to make corrections to CNC programs
ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
